INGREDIENTS 227g       Barkat Porridge Flakes170g       Butter / Margarine85g         Demerara sugar85g         Golden syrup METHOD Put flakes and Demerara sugar into mixing bowl. Melt butter and syrup together. Mix into flakes and sugar. Put mixture into a well greased tray. Press mixture down until smooth.
