Low Protein Egg Replacer
INGREDIENTS: Corn starch, thickener E464 and E461,
colour: beta carotene.
PREPARATION: 3 teaspoons of PK Foods Egg Substitute
whisked with 100ml water = 1 egg. Mix up to a consistency
of fresh cream (about 3 minutes).
STORAGE: This tub contains 200g. Retain tub for
nutritional information. Store in a cool dry place.
